My office is located in the College Park Plaza near the Walmart in Johnstown, PA.  The address is 214 College Park Plaza, Suite 215, Johnstown, PA 15904.  

Yes, services are by appointment only.

I typically see clients between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm on Monday-Thursday.  My last appointment of the day is at 4 pm.  

The fee for a therapy session at Riverbank Wellness varies depending on the length of the session. The typical 50-55 minute session is $150.

Karla is in network with several health insurance providers, Employee Assistance Programs.

If you have another insurance company which is not in-network, a Superbill can be provided for you to submit for possible reimbursement from your Health Insurance. Reimbursement varies with each insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed. Please check with your specific insurance plan. 

I accept credit or debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  I also accept Health Care Savings Accounts. 

The duration of an individual therapy sessions at Riverbank Wellness is typically 50-55 minutes.
